Picking the most suitable vendors would be a time and money consuming experience but with an assistance of a professional wedding planner, a couple is always free from unwanted hassles.

By now, over 60% of the budget is allocated and finalized on main vendors and rest of the vendors can be picked up leisurely. Next list of vendors to have an eye for are menswear designer, wedding car and transportation, jewelers, entertainment (dancing teams), lighting, compere, liquor and snacks, ashtaka for Buddhist weddings, registrar etc. Required forms of vendors can vary according to the type of the wedding ceremony. After reserving all vendors, it is better to check whether the budget has exceeded or not and if there is still some amount left in it, a couple can forward that amount to their honeymoon, homecoming ceremony or even on the wedding ceremony itself to increase its ambiance.

Wedding attire – The wedding attires of the couple and the bridal retinue are cynosures of a wedding ceremony. While planning the wedding the couple and their parents decide whether to go with traditional wedding suits or towards western. Some couples would go for traditional costumes and then change into western attire during the ceremony. The colors of the dresses should match the selected theme. The beautician and the menswear designer will give you suggestions on which color combination is the best according to your skin types and the theme. The flower bouquets and flower buttons are normally arranged by the beauticians but there are occasions where a beautician would appoint a different vendor instead. 

Wedding décor – This is one of the most important aspects of a wedding ceremony. A florist can simply change the atmosphere of the wedding hall to a glamourous arena or to the exact opposite. Decorating the entire hall with fresh flowers would be costly though it adds more splendor but due to the cost factor, some clients prefer to mix things up with fresh and artificial flowers together. Unique designs to the entrance with romantic slogans and photo frames of the couple would go nice with the decorations and an exclusive photo booth with catchy slogans would entertain the guests.

Entertainment – No one would want their wedding ceremony to be a boring experience for their guests. There are special ways to entertain the invitees via performances of professional dancing teams etc or even a special dancing act pre-planned by friends or family members of the couple would be ideal. Most of the photographers do pre shoots these days and the couple can play the wedding pre shoots during the ceremony coupled with a presentation, catching the highlights of the love story of the couple by carefully selecting the images of the best times of their relationship. A welcome speech by a member of the bridal retinue upfront would help to calm down the ceremony and toast speech would make the champagne fountain look quite attracting.
