Are you losing faith in love? Are you feeling that you’ll never be able to trust someone after that terrible heartbreak? Don’t give up on love just yet. There are three simple things you can do to rebuild your faith in love.
Stop Comparing
You are spending too much time comparing your relationship to someone else’s. It’s very easy to get discouraged if you’re currently single. You look at your friend and she seem to have a great relationship. It might be even possible that deep inside you feel envious. Don’t worry. I won’t tell anyone.
You look at the gifts she’s getting from her love. You look at the beautiful social media pictures where she’s posing with her love and you start feeling slightly resentful. Why can’t you have those things in life?
Instead of feeling resentful look at it as an example that the most loving relationship is available for you as well. If your friend can do that. You can too. You can rebuild your belief in love by surrounding yourself with positive love examples.
Also, always remember that no relationship is perfect. No matter how great they look together I’m sure there are days when she’s complaining about that relationship and saying that it’s a lot of hard work. If she doesn’t, then maybe you need better friends. More honest friends.
Put Your Phone Down
I’m sure you know that already. But I’m just going to put it out there. You’re spending too much time on your phone. Scrolling all the time. Looking at other girls’ pictures. Comparing their staged social media lives to your life. Trust me, that won’t help you rebuild your faith in love.
Darling, put your phone down!
You have to be more present if you want to attract love in your life. When was the last time you were at the coffee shop and you were just watching people? You were present. You were not scrolling on your phone. When was it?
When you’re more present you can see what’s happening around you. You’re not just staring at the screen. If you’re sitting by yourself at the café and you are present with your energy, you are more likely to attract someone who wants to start a conversation with you. A cute guy maybe?
You keep saying to your girlfriends that you have no idea where to meet decent guys. It’s very likely that one is just around the corner. But you can’t meet him if you’re always on your phone. Be more present. Notice the little things. That’s where all the magic in life is whether you want to create more joy in your life or attract love.

Take Action
One of the reasons you’ve lost faith in love is because you’ve done almost everything you could think of to attract love.
You’ve read every article you can think of that talks about love. You’ve been talking to your friends about love. It might be that you’ve even invested in an online course or went to a workshop where you learned how to attract love and how to believe in love again.

You can have as many crystals and as many books showing you how to attract love, but if you don’t take action if you do not actively put in the required effort, you’re not going to get any results.
