What to do on Valentine’s day if you’re single? It’s OK if you’re feeling slightly down and wondering how to get through Valentine’s day if you don’t have a date and there won’t be anyone giving you roses and chocolates.

After reading this you’ll have 5 fun ways, some of them rather unusual, not just to get through Valentine’s day, but to make the most of it even if you’re single. Let’s celebrate Valentine’s whether you’re single or not.

Make the most of Valentine’s deals

One of the most frustrating things about Valentine’s day when you’re single is that everywhere you go you see crazy posters filled with hearts, dinner date deals and spa days celebrating Valentine’s day as a couple.

Why don’t you make the most of it? Get your best friend and have the most amazing spa day for two of you. Show your friend how much you love and appreciate them. Valentine’s day does not have to be just about romantic relationships.

Friendships are so underrated. When you’re able to form beautiful and fulfilling relationships outside of your romantic relationship, you’re more likely not to get involved into a relationship that’s not so good for you just because you’re single.

What’s a better way to have fun with your best friend then having the most amazing spa experience together?

Have a self-care night

When was the last time you took the time to just be with yourself and your thoughts? Alone and uninterrupted.

Now this may not be suitable if you’re feeling slightly down because you’re single this Valentine’s. It’s OK if you do. Acknowledge that and keep on reading, because I’ve got your back.

However, if you’re feeling pretty OK and would love to have a night for yourself then why not have a pamper night?

You could read a beautiful book, treat your pretty face to a mask. Anything that you can think of to show love for yourself. When you truly love yourself, you’re more likely to attract more love in your life.

Babysit for a couple

This is one of the most unusual and selfless ways you could spend your Valentine’s if you’re single. I hope there’s still some time to make those dinner reservations at the time you’re reading this. And no, you’re not invited.

This is a gift for a couple that you know. They hardly ever get a chance to go out. And giving them a chance to go out while you’re staying at home with their child is truly heartwarming. I can only imagine the look on their face when you suggest this.

You may not have a date for yourself this Valentine’s, but you can help someone make this night one of the most romantic ones.

Have an amazing girls night out

Nothing celebrates a single life better than a wild night out. Get your girlfriends together, put your best dress on and have the most amazing night out dancing in town.

You may not have a date, but you can still celebrate life, you can celebrate yourself and people around you. One day you’ll look back at this night when you’re having another not so ordinary Valentine’s dinner date with your life partner thinking that it wasn’t so bad after all.

Have 10 dates in one night

Have you ever been to a speed dating event? There will be a lot of different mixers for singles in your town. If having a pamper night, babysitting for your friends or spending time with your girlfriends is not your thing, then make sure you go to a speed dating event.

I won’t go into too much detail what a speed dating event is and how it works. If you want to learn more about it make sure you subscribe to my Youtube channel after watching a video WHAT TO DO ON VALENTINE’S DAY SINGLE // 14 FUN WAYS TO CELEBRATE VALENTINE’S SINGLE that’s linked in this post.
